Shipping
D & E Tooling, LLC offers various shipping options depending on project requirements.
Some of those shipping options include local delivery or pick-up, transit via a carrier for non-local projects of smaller volume, or custom crating and transportation to a larger carrier for larger projects. Each job is individualized, and each job will list the transportation preference in the details of a customized quote. With that said, therefore, we are unable to provide a shipping cost before evaluating the full details of a project. An estimated shipping cost and transportation method will be provided, along with other job details, at the time of the estimate presentation. As always, a potential customer then has the option to accept the estimate and provide a purchase order with deposit (if determined for the job), request an alteration to the perspective job, or decline the quote entirely and not proceed with the job. Shipping would then apply to options one or two of the prior statement.
Since each project we contract with a customer is always individualized, we encourage each customer to ask questions if there are any parts of an estimate they may not understand, or if they see changes to a quantity or design element before the acceptance of a quote.
We highly value communication with our customers. We always wish to instill trust and provide transparency. We thank you for your time and your business!
